Difficult to laser the exact same spot because the book doesn't open all the way.

 As seen, shapes are all different in height by accident. Need more control or solution

Should I tear away the cut part or leave them all glued together?

 Acrylic Pipe for the installation Thickness 40mm is possible to laser-cut the length?
